How are my projects handled?: We would just like to throw that question back to you, how do you want us to handle your project? What we do with your project is completely up to you. We will treat your project according to your specifications.

We always maintain a close line of communication with our clients. We will regularly give feedback on your project’s workflow. It can be a lengthy process but we just want to make sure we meet your expectations or even exceed it.
How will I transfer my video files to you?: You can transfer your files via FTP. Just email us at service@lazymovie.com for your FREE FTP account. Once we have processed your request, you will then receive an e-mail with your User Name and Password, confirming that your account is now activated. Thereafter, download FileZilla and enter the FTP address, password and username provided in the email. Using FileZilla and your password gives you access to personalized folders in LazyMovie’s FTP site.
Do you have an upload / download server for MAC users?: For MAC users you would have to use Fetch Softworks. Mac users will have to download this Mac version for FTP to upload/ download video files. Fifteen-day trial versions are available for Fetch, after which you’ll have to pay the single-user license for $25.
How long will it take you to finish my projects?: Well, the length of the project time depends on the work load you’ve given us and your specifications.
Do you have adequate facilities to support my business process?:     Of course we do. Our main office in the Philippines is located in an IT building, where    internet        connection is fast and secure. thereby    securing and maximizing our internet    connection.

    All our offices have three 2mb Internet bandwidth connection.

    All employees work on an Intel Core 2 Extreme Duo/AMD 64 X2 Workstations, and    Apple Cinema        LCDs, and we periodically upgrade our equipments.

    The software we use is the latest and it’s completely up-to-date.
Do you use licensed software or are you a piracy advocate?: We do not advocate piracy. Most of our clients require that we guarantee that the software we use is licensed.
How will I be protected from copyright infringement?: The videos you send us are at your sole discretion and your copyrights are completely covered in our Legal. If you agree that we send previews of your projects we will put a copyright identity called watermarking. You also decide if we can put your video clips in our archived samples.
Convince me that you provide top notch quality.: Let’s just say you see it for yourself. We will let you upload a 1-second video clip or about 25 frames and we will edit it for you, FREE of charge - just so you can see how good we really are. E-mail us at service@lazymovie.com
